The location is excellent - only 3 minutes walk from gate no 2Room is ok cleanliness ok. But maintenance very poor. Had to change two rooms to secure the right room .Room service not satisfactory no in-house restuarent. To some extent service deficiency is compensated by two Room boys Rishi and Rambabu who gave excellent service.false claim on Amenities there is no lift for Room 210Overall not worth the money and no point in repeating this hotel. Was thoroughly disappointed

It was really horrible. I have checked 4 rooms one by one and found cockroaches in all the rooms and all room are uncleaned and in not in a good conditions. I have not stayed there and change my hotel.
Request you to kindly help in refund my booking amount.

it was worst experience with my family, it was very sorry hotel, dirty rooms, bedsheet pillow were not clean, it seems it was not changed from a week, don't go there ..worst hotel

Room maintenance was not good toilets unhygienic and price was too high.
I have asked the reception to change my room but person was not responsible he just said ok will see. It was very bad experience. Only saibaba temple was near.

I visited this hotel last in 2015. The rooms , bathrooms all was well maintained until then. During this visit I was a bit disappointed with the hotel since they didn't live upto the expectations and standard set by it in the past. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean but they needed some maintenance and the bathroom fittings need a change. As the hotel is very close to the temple that's a plus point. Overall it was a nice stay. Another important highlight of the hotel is the Sai mandir on the 4th floor. It's a must visit.
