The hotel premises are good and the location is perfect. The food is also good, and cleanliness is acceptable. However, we had a very bad experience with the hotel receptionist, Nagraj .

ac was not working properly, water is coming from 1 room ac so shifted to another room there ac sound was horrible.
early morning 6am knwocking the door with another guest to provide the same room for them.

The stay was comfortable. Rooms are very small and do not expect the size to be big even if you choose AC room. The chair provided in AC room was a single plastic one without even a handrest. The plus point is that its very close to all attractions in the city and located in main road, The vegetarian restaurant attached to the hotel serve tasty food which is budget friendly and they offer room service as well. Except for an issue with the lift on the last day, I found the stay very Comfortable. The place is also very conveniently placed near the Zoo and Mysore palace

Stayed for a night and room is good but more clean is needed. Walls are need paint update. The whole in the walls weren’t patched.
