    wish I can negative stars, pathetic staff and horrible service, I am a regular traveller and this is the worst stay ever, I booked a delluxe room worth 4000 rs but I had to pay twice and take an upgraded room as that room was in horrible situation , service and staff are horrible , I left my clothes over there at my checkout, when I called them, they blatantly refused to courier my stuff to me, I had to threatened them with police case and I had to follow up with them for regular 4 days , then o ...more

    Pathetic experience , poor hospitality .It took them one hiur to make the room ready even after that it was not there was a dead cockroach welcoming me , dirty linens.

    One of most horrible experience I ever had. From where do I start ? Rats and spiders in my room!!!! Employees want to charge to every possible and unethical way .While billing we were charged room rent twice.. Intercom was not working . Condition of bathroom tap was pathetic. There was also dirty water in swimming pool. They were changing 2% extra on credit card payment which is against credit card rules. The only good thing was that food ordered was good, but too expensive .

    Reception guy was not co operating.He was bit rude.Overall the location is bit humid during july.Deluxe rooms were decent enough but food is very costly and pathetic. We ordered chicken tikka from them and they gave us rotten or as per them grilled. we didnt liked it and returned it.They need to work on food quality.

    Seen SNAKE in the lawn area I have seen 1 big cobra snake in the lawn area My sister almost going to have leg on it , when i told to the hotel persons over there they said ye dekh lenge hum in easy way Monkey Mendak Earthworms Kaankhajora in my room and lot of insects in the hotel Plz beware of such things before booking In night Table tennis area is more scary cant forget such scene it was to scary Food is expensive Parking is gud Swimming pool is gud view is gud but i scared due to snake found I would like to recommend you to have resort in nahan proper
