    Had an amazing experience! The room was spotless, and the view from the window was serene and calm🌿🌄. Shared some photos of the food and amenities — everything was exactly as shown, if not better. What really stood out was the excellent service — the staff was attentive, warm, and made sure every little need was taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay!

    Sakura Garden Retreat exceeded our expectations! The property was beautifully maintained, and the views from the room were breathtaking. The food was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Perfect for couples or families looking for a peaceful retreat. Special Thanks to Pankaj and Priyanka at reception centre. They have coordinated everything. We'll definitely be back!

    hotel is nice...rooms are big sized with amenities enough...clean and hygienic bathroom with 24 hours hot water... situated in a lonely place far from the crowded area...nice view from the hotel... kanchenjunga views available from the hotel...all staff are very nice with polite behavior... room service very nice...food quality more than average but quantity sufficient... actually they take less salt in every food than we usually take... room rate i think not so costly comparing overall of the h ...more

    Hotel location is good. Staff is polite and helpful. Clean and well maintained hotel. Few negatives: They are under staffed probably. Google map is showing wrong direction. They didnot pickup call when we wanted help for direction. Few items were missing in room e.g. electric kettle, towels, Slipper. On asking, they provided it. TV was missing in room even if i was mentioned in amenities. Welcome drink was also served when we asked for it. Food quantity was very less compared to price.
