it was a wonderful stay having nice location, all the staff and managers are well behaved and very humble. rooms are spacious and neat and clean.

Never book this hotel i warn you. Very unprofessional behaviour of the hotel owner. They charged an extra amount for checkout at 11.45 pm, even though our checkout time was 12 noon. Even started quarreling with us when we showed them the checkout time on my booking voucher on the app. Made us wait for 20 mins during checkin because he went for lunch. But we didn't complain about it. But he was rude and even started taunting when we told them that we don't want to pay the extra charges for checkout because it wasn't a late check-out according to our booking.

The hotel offers great service, spotless cleanliness, and a fantastic location. Hassle-free check-in and excellent front desk management made our stay seamless. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stress-free experience!

overall experience was good, but they do not accept booking from now onwards which can be more of a cost for one day room booking than source of payment and mostly instead of being a couple hotel they do not provide room as per cx requirement on second floor or above all is we need to stay on the ground floor. Yet statuing experience and staffs behaviour were quite polite and helpful. And a safe and happy stay for couples too...

Everything was fine, but the food quality was not so good...the room was extremely good, the ambient lighting was great , the washroom was very spacious and clean and the bathroom fittings were of jaguar ( branded), and the main concern was there was no place to eat food other than in bed.( There was no chair in the room other than a tea table. ) I would recommend this hotel to everyone since it's a very decent place to stay, cosy atmosphere, excellent service and above all, excellent staff behaviour. I would love to visit again whenever I am here.
