hotel is nice, service is nice. but rooms are very small, no ventilation and location is not so great. room with garden view gave the view of road. no garden at all. there are no fans on roof top. though the staff and service is good.

horrible place the manager was more interested to ensure to vacate the room from morning 9 am ....multiple calls while they were waiting for their tide to Dehradun ... dirty place

you have to struggle to reach reception , No Phone working.... Not worth the amount being.charged. very small rooms..110 sq ft max

very bad experience. lots of misses like dirty sheets/ mattresses or cigarette smelling non-smoking rooms or hardly any towels in the washroom but the worst was their service. we were a family with aged grand parents as well. but the front desk staff were grilling us. for any other request they’ll either flatly decline or do it half heartedly. but i guess you get what you pay for. so, i’ll rather stick to 5 stars, the only reason we booked this was coz we just had a couple of hours before we lef ...more
