Dirty washroom & choked basin , reception girl at the time of check-in didn't listen to our request to get the washroom cleaned and didn't provide bath towel. Later got towel in the evening. Rooms are small and foul smell all around room and washroom.

i feel the staff was not very professional. i had to ask for things like towel multiple times yet they were not delivered to me till the last day. also, the restaurant was not working. power backup was very poor. and most of the items seemed damaged..even the key card.

hotel stay was good, the rooms were also clean but their service was very very bad. they don't give even water before 30-45 mins.

बहुत गन्दा अनुभव... बैड शीट पर हेयर पड़े है.. मिनिरल वाटर उपलब्ध नहीं है ड्रावर के लिये स्टे की व्यवस्था नहीं है स्टॉफ का व्यवहार बहुत ख़राब है फायर सेफ्टी की सही व्यवस्था नहीं है

it's was ok types hotel, room kettle was not there, i have called 3 times to reception then i have to personally visit reception just to ask. it was freezing cold and no room heater was available

The room was clean an good. Property was also okay and at very good location but theor service and amenities were not good. The wifi was not working for whole day, choked taps in bathroom etc. This could be better....
