Dirty rooms... Lots of cockroaches inside the room near bed area and tea kettle area. Not a happy stay. When you call for room service, they take very long to respond.

1. The first room offered to me had seepage issues. 2. I was immediately offered another room without much ado. 3. The other room was relatively better but had pungent smell. Had to ask the helper to put in room freshner. 4. The appliances were not clean. 5. Especially the electric kettle was terribly stinking. 6. Kettle was replaced immediately but with a dirty one. Overall Bad experience! I had a stay for 6 nights. Toilet seat was broken and wasn't fixed during the stay, Room service happened only twice during the stay (even after asking many times for the room cleaning), they don't change the bed sheet, pillow and blankets on their own unless compelled, the bathroom feel was below average and had broken side table cupboard and damaged bed side lamp. Extremely old property and not at all well maintained. Bathrooms are dirty and not clean . Sofa's n chairs need drycleaning as they hv pen marks n muck on it .
