The hotel is in prime location. It is near to Bidhan market. NJP railway station is also easy to reach. It also has comfortable parking area. Breakfast options are moderate.

Nice hotel with extremely good location. Staffs are very co operative. Rooms are big, Toilet is neat & clean.

1) Was without electricity for 30 min.
no one bothered to be empathetic.
2) Toilet flush not working properly.
3) Single set of glass and cup provided in double occupancy booking.
4) No help on repeat food order after kitchen closure.
5) Only benefit is good location.

I was their regular customer.This time also I stayed there for 3days and on the day of the checkout I asked for a mere 1hour extension to which also I was refused rudely by the front desk staff.Is this the way to treat a loyal regular customer?Also during the entire 3days of stay I was provided only 1litre of complimentary water bottle.
