hotel was good, food also okay, only draw back is play loud music at rooftop restaurant /banquet makes high desible noise at night and impact good sleep 😊. i experienced that it goes till early morning. so u can imagine

most horrible experience ever. it was around 2 o clock in the night and suddenly I heard a lot of noises from outside and just I open my door I see two guys were just fighting and a was there with them. this continued for around 1 hour I could not sleep properly. don't book this hotel even the rooms condition are very Pathetic. how can they charge this amount for this kind of room

This property has detoriated like anything. Earlier it used to be such a nice property, typically for the corporate travellers. Am sincerely detoriated with the service, the maintainence of the property. Just pathetic

the room cleaning part is good.Breakfast similarly good. But the administration part very much poor.I stayed there for work purposes for 4 nights from 11 pm to 12.30 am in the mid night. almost every day unnecessary noise and shouting was found in the common corridor area. Which is very much annoying. so tariff wise hotel atmosphere not up to the mark. Need an improvement.

Well decorated rooms with good breakfast price bit high should be in the range of Rs.... Overall nice experience location perfect in the heart of the town just opposite to PC Mittal Bus terminal.

The hotel gives free parking as a facility but in reality ,they do not have any parking at all. The security guard told me to keep the car in the ground beside the hotel , but in the morning the people who own the ground told me to take out the car, it is a very disgusting experience and torture I had to go through because of this hotel's activity . They provide only 1 drinking water bottle per day inspite of booking the room for three adults . They charge for every bottle of water and they don't give free Aquaguard water at all.
