There was no provision of towel, drinking water, food service, room service. All we had to shout and ask for only then we got the same. Still we had to depend on other services for food. Didn't like the experience of stay at all I rate the experience as 1 star

Actually it is not a hotel. it is a lodge and giving a super delux room with no facilities like this. no hot water, flush and jet not working, No hanger in almira. The ambience of room was verh poor and even no kitche for food. Reallyvery bad experience.

1) A.c. not working 2) Very poor lighting in the Room 3) No soap or shampoo given in the Room 4) Bathroom fittings very unclean 5) Room service I have not tried 6) I get this inferior room, whereas opposite side rooms are bigger and better as told by the staff.
