Excellent location, right across Lift
Mall road & Ridge near by
Only issue was dampness in room causing fungi on curtains and bathroom exhaust was not working so it was wet all the time.

in the mall road, very near to the tourist lift. The view to the shimla town at night is beautiful. breakfast, lunch & dinner available at room service. wifi, tv all facilities to get.
overall a good hotel.

I would say one of the best hotel in Shimla. I read many negative feedback here still I booked this hotel. But hotel was very good. Located at a prime location on Mall road very near to The Ridge, Shimla. Market, restaurants are very near. View from hotel room was also amazing. Staff behaviour was very good. I would say 10/10.

good hotel and good service but i got water in my room when it rained due to some drainage issues, the room was cold cause of the rain, the bathroom had low drainage.

it is a budget hotel they need keep an eye on cleanliness of the room and maintenance of the property. there was hair all over the place even in there drawer also, blanket cover has also stain on it no proper running water in washbasin. no exhaust fan in washroom. i didn't like the property but the main thing is the approach to mall road and lift which is good.

Hotel's location is great but the service is not great. There was power cut again and again because of which we faced a lot of problems. Food is also average.
