hotel is clean, but some amenities like ac, wifi and bathroom not fully functional. can improve on google location as it's not properly directed on main road. good for awas beach as it's nearby.

See for yourself the pictures. If hotel is. charging for a night, they can minimum afford to repair the utmost necessary requirements like hooks and hangers. Dirty bedsheets and pillows with abominable washroom. Terrible experience.

One of the best place to stay in kihim..centrally located. What we liked about the Hotel and location... 1) Deluxe room ..very neat and clean 2) Misal Pav in Breakfast 10/10, Must try 3) Beach at 4 min drive 4) Green Views surroundings 5) Value for Money Only one feedback. I don't know why there's a swimming pool, as had seen nobody even during weekends in the pool. also water is not clean. That place must be utilized for car parking.

Rooms were very dirty. swimming pool was very dirty. Room Service was pathetic. total money waste.

Bad. No proper cleaning. The rate is higher than the actual rate charge by the hotel while booking directly the counter

I am still in this hotel.. spend 5 hour. worst experience till date. starting from check in1. the room which is shown in photo is very different.. very small room and bathroom. 2. there is no WiFi on floor.. inshot no WiFi in room. if u want to use it u will have to sit in there office n use it. as said by them. 3. tv not working.. have complaint about this at 1 pm.. and now it is 3.37pm bt no solution given. 4.no toilet paper also toilet set broken. 5. there is no WiFi no TV.6. till, now no woow experience..

To begin with, it was really difficult to find this hotel. There no board or sign to where the hotel is or where we should take turn to reach the destination. By name of the rooms "Classic Rooms", it was no where near to classic. Rooms were very small and bathrooms were bad. (We booked the rooms at the very last moment, So we booked rooms which were available) Flush was functional but that was of no use, the use it should be. - hotel is located near Kihim beach@2-3 Km,30-35 min walk, u can also get shared autos to reach there. All the activities are available including water sports at this beach no need to visit alibag beach unless u r intersted for Coloba fort visit - Alibag beach is at 1 hr distance, u get shared autos to go there - @half hour from mandwa Jetty/ RORO port - good quality budget hotel, no very impressive considering cost - food is very good - very less breakfast options
