hotel was not good
1.no exhaust system in bathroom
2. land phone was not working. after complaining no body came to check it
3. comod and hand wash is rusty
4. there is no canteen or food option
5. there is not an option for offering black tea or coffee
6. there is another building near after blcony

Hotel is clean, system is not good
I went there with my family for relaxation and felt like I went there for an exam..
Most importantly there was no fooding arrangements although they didn't allow outside food, in case of my 3 years old baby they are very much strict about cooking inside hotel..
There are 23 rules and regulations.. now u hav to choose either to enjoy or go through the details and follow the rules properly..

At first they provide us the standard (ordinary) AC room. After complain they provide us the Classic AC room road facing, which is relatively better.Ther is no kitchen or food service to the room. One day (from 21/9/23, 2 pm to 22/09/23, 9 am) closed the lift due to low number of boarders. They told us for maintainance, But did see any work on lift. During chek out before 9-30 am stafs were rushed to us & demanding for tips. This is very bad & irritating. They did avail any room freshner. I had to ask for odonil for wash room & allout. Emtpty boxes were there.

The Hotel was Nice, all staffs were very polite and supportive. Room was also neat and clean.
After 10.30pm doors are closed for every one, so check-in in the hotel before that time.

this hotel classic rooms are not at all recommended for anyone. rooms n amenities are too old, linens are torn, rooms are smelly, bathroom so yak, doormats are too dirty, mattress r like sleeping on cemented bed covered with soft clothes .
