the rooms are pretty good and clean. the restaurant was not operational. the intercom phone was not functional

it's was a pleasant stay excluding the fact that the staffs at reception were staring at us and were passing comments among themselves, which was disrespectful and irritating there was water bottle in room. when asked , they came 3 times just to give the water. there was no shower gel in the bottle kept in bathroom, but we didn't ask because of the staffs behaviour. other than that the room and bathroom were clean and room smelled nice also there is some noise outside the bathroom when someone u ...more

3 days i stay with family very decent and comfortable place... 3 rd alone we faced hot water issue.. Spacious parking . Prime location. Near by there is ac bar in same campus

The best stay in hotel san kollam.... the room 400sq ,it's more spacious.. reception and room service were very good .. i had good experience .

Great value for money stay at Hotel San. location was fantastic, room was spacious and luxurious. Well maintained rooms and accessories. place was clean, staff were friendly, plenty of parking areas. Affordable food menu and delicious food serves. Stay was just awesome

spacious room good ambience good staff. but this hotel and their bar is in one campus just a wall distance. you should walk away in between the drunkards from gate to hotel. family customers should aware of this. second. i checked in on 26 nov 24 around 5 pm. today 27 nov at 2 pm my train. so i asked them one hour more to stay. as there check out time is 11 am. even five star hotel will allow 2 hours. they denied the same. staff all coperative but the administration is strictly said t ...more
