the room size was good. it was spacious for 2 people. there was hot and regular water supply throughout. the staff is courteous and helpful. the downside were that the towels were not cleaned, the blanket smelled and outside food was not allowed in the room. they did not provide with bath mat to keep outside shower area which made the bathroom wet. however, there was a curtain which restricted water coming out to quite an extent.

Duel bed is attached to make a double bed, mattress spreads ups and downs. TV was deactivated due to low balance, The Manager was asked several times to fix the issue but left The behaviour of the Manager was not much cordial. the room is not worthy as the cost exceeds without TV and Uneven bed mattress.

Wonderful location, we got nice and big room. Washroom was also clean.
Cherrapunji hotel doesn't have good breakfast options and this hotel also has limited options.
but there is few Pure veg good restaurant 3-7km
The restaurant soup was nice.
Staff was also courteous and really helpful

Nice and spacious rooms. Hot water available, bed is cozy, clean bedding, clean toilet. food menu is costly but food in cherapunji is costly almost at all places, maybe due to cost of transportation. Overall good experience.

great one...smooth check in , food is nice , parking is available and staff behaviour is good as well. overall no issue till now.
