good hotel but without any breakfast option included
average experience..very near to beach ..no other amenities in hotel ..it's basic home converted to hotel

Had a very good experience staying at this property. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Staff were very much helpful. Very much closer to the cliff which makes it more accessible. Highly advised.

Stay was overall good, staff are very responsive, no room service for food etc, but location was very good, the partial sea view rooms don't have any sea view from the room, but we can see the sea once we step out of the room.

The best stay in varkala. Manager and owners are too good. I had stayed in sea view rooms.

Though room was not very spacious but hospitality was very good. Onwer was very helpful in arranging the cab to visit tourist spots. Had a pleasant stay.
