it was.a.very average room with just very basics. luke warm.water at cheak in time .wash room just very basic and old and no foot.mat outside the wash room.on the cold.marble.floor .

Outer ambience was good but not the room. First time in my life, I am giving 1 star because of bed, bed sheet, washroom cleanliness and staff behaviour.
Bed looked like, you are sleeping on springs not on bed. Some springs come out of bed and literally you can feel that.

I reached at 12:35 pm today, but still tv is not working, I called many times to reception, he said I will do, but still 04:00 PM tv is not working.

room was good, service was good, the only issue i faced is they didn't ready the room even till 3pm. so i had to wait couple of hours. out of courtesy they gave another room, and asked not to use bed. when i said i want to use bed, he replied i can make you sit at front desk, still gave you room so please co operate. i had no choice than to sit in sofa of room.

Lobby area is so smoky.Rooms and bathrooms are tiny. May be for single person only. Room is not properly cleaned
