My stay at Sansar Hotel was very good. Its very close to mall road. As its near high court so this place is very secured as compared to other hotels. I would like to give 10 out of 10 on customer care experience from hotel side

average rooms. Available persons good but you have to ask for everything let it be basic amenities. Drinking filter Water not available at room premises, TV not serviceable, light not serviceable. They are not maintaining. U have charged me as Deluxe double room but they are given below average small room without any facilities. My family not comfortable with room atmosphere.First, give me justification about my booking.

One of the best hotel in shimla ,,, i had visited 5 star ,3 star hotels before but trust me real five star 🌟🌟🌟🌟 is hotel sansar they treated well they arranged taxi they took your luggage they provide awesome food and a silent and feasible stay ........
