Basic hygiene missing, got a feel of cheap guest house and definitely not a Pacific kind of hotel. toiletries missing, dirty room, exhaust fan, and tv not working.

Not a good hotel. The area is not appropriate. Very rude staff.
Staff was very rude. Sheets were not clean. Rooms were not clean. When we asked them to change the sheets the staff refused to do so.
