The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its proximity to ISKCON Chowpatty, which earns it one star.
The rooms are subpar for the price, lacking any amenities. There is no restaurant, and guests have to buy water bottles from a nearby shop, as the hotel provides refilled tap water. Additionally, the staff is very rude and uncooperative.

Bathroom was too tiny, no space to bath even . Not well maintained property.
staff behaviour is also not good. To give a ticket printout from the reception they also charge you.

best budget hotel in the area. it was neat, clean and hotel staff were friendly. heater was available in the bathroom. highly recommend if you are looking for budget hotel. location of the hotel was excellent. chowpaty beach was on walkable distance. taxi available just outside the hotel. restaurants were in walkable distance. had a pleasant stay.

My rating is totally based on ease of location to all South Mumbai points & courteous staff behaviour. Room was average & common amenities were provided. No kettle or food is provided but tea stall is just below hotel. If you are budget traveller like me & able to compromise a lil bit with staying in prime location than I would recommend you this place.
