there no cleanliness of overall in hotel al corner is dirty and swimming pool also not good. in restaurant in AC working. in club house there is no pool ball caram pieces aal playing equipment is damaged. children play ground also is not good condition mud is there. it's not good as a photograph available in site

I had a cockroach in my tea, shows the level of hygiene from the hotel, it's interior with no strict lights of good roads to visit makes it vulnerable for the guest in night, please visit the location and book after confirmation the room hygiene Avoid booking it prior reaching the location

No Maintenance. Swimming pool area not cleaned for days. Insects everywhere and food utensils lying for last 3 days. Food in Hotel restaurant big No. Ordered food in dinner and it was full of masala. Not even a single dish was proper. Breakfast very less options and sambar was full of masala. Even aloo parantha

Room was very good, more than the price paid, location is disadvantage if you are not travelling by own vehicle, Room service and in-room dining is pathetic and very frustrating. They don't have tandoor for roti, naan etc, only Tawa roti available that too is very slow service and most of times was not properly cooked.

We had a terrible experience with Sapphero Resort. They need to train their staff. We waited almost 1:30hrs for the water bottle & food menu in the room. The room lock was not working. Breakfast are was not clean. Breakfast quality was poor. Also, staff doesn't know how to make tea. Over all: 1/5 Disaster
