The property looks quite old with congested corridors and given room was very small,not as indicated in site.
Linens were having bad odour,no hot water,very poor room service and response to our calls.Very unhappy with the stay and second day we vacated and went to a good place.Located in a very congested road too.
Not at all recommended

Room was clean and exactly like the one in the pictures. Staffs were friendly and the breakfast was worth for the money. Bathrooms were neat and clean. All amenities were provided in the room. Totally we had a wonderful stay and its one of the finest hotels to stay in Kochi with affordable rates.

Location is convenient.Room was okay for a short stay. Room had a persistent foul smell, reported issue to staff and they gave an alternative room.Which was okay.The television was not working properly had a loose connection issues was there. I requested for 3 hours late check-out, even though Iam ready to pay the charges also but they are denied my request.They can give only 1 hour extra time.If we required more than 1 hour we have to pay one day room tariff. So late check-out in this property gonna Nightmare for you.'
