Our super Dulex room was comfortable with good ambience including the facility of a dining table and beautiful view from the sliding glass windows. I personally love the view from the windows. Moreover the staffs were hospitable and provided all the room services. To my surprise our complimentary breakfast was very delicious and served us healthy food options which was included in the buffet. My Experience with this hotel was satisfying and truly grateful for making my trip to ooty a memorable one.

Hotel staff is polite and punctual, so in case you need anything you will get it on time. restauant food cost also reasonable compare to market so no need to order from outside.enough safe parking space for guest.
overall good option to stay with family in budget.
safety, parking space for my car, clean and well maintend property. so good stay option with family.
