the only good thing about the hotel is itโs a few steps away from darbar sahib .
the rooms are very stuffy and big time need a ventilation outlet.

Rooms are very small for family room no chairs to sit ...food is very expensive with very low quantity of food .. they charge extra 10 rupees per bottle of water and on that GST on water bottle also when it's showing inclusive of all taxes ..no free water provided...

this hotel is concerned about making money only.. they have no sympathy or emotional responsibility towards their guests.. when requested something they show rules...

the check-in experience was good. polite staff. clean rooms and bedding. very close to golden temple. our every request was fulfilled with a smile. the hot water system worked every time.
just that the budget rooms did not have any windows and some of the room service items such as freshly made tea were 100% higher than regular prices, which was disappointing given morning tea is an integral part of many indian routines.

The stay was good. Though the rooms are small, but they are clean too. So no issues with that. The staff is so cooperative.

Carry luggage from parking to hotel is very horrible due to non availability of convenience and stay is not comfortable. Only advantage is that it is very near to golden temple
