The real estate was good, so is the location. However the happy story ends with that. Service was poor. Bed sheets and pillow covers had cigarette holes. Geysers were mildly functioning in end-december winters. Room

Worst experience ever. Would never visit this property ever in my lifetime and will also strictly ask my family and friends to do so.
The bathroom flush was not working. The room was not cleaned as there was dust everywhere.
Most importantly the bedsheets, pillow covers were dirty. Got rashes on my body when i got in the bed.
Informed the receiption about the situation still they didnt bother to come and change the sheets for Half n hour. Had to go the staff to ask for new s ...more

The hotel is at walking distance from centre of Shillong that is police bazar. It is clean .The room is spacious and the staff are courteous, but the service is poor. The call on reception is not picked up soon, nor they provide room service without too much delay. Given the tarrif they are charging it creates minus point , otherwise everything is good.

Worst hotel in shillong.. Arrogant staff... Breakfast worst, not in time, staff worst,bathroom flushes for 15min n when u complain Abt this to reception they say adjust Karo.. Morning breakfast not given on checkout day as promised... Don't stay here for FREE also rather stay in footpath.. It will b better than staying here. Paid * for one day stay, doesn't deserve that

the location was good and close to the main market,rooms are good cozy and clean,room service is really good and ready to surve in the best possible way,food is good but need to improve the variety... overall a good experience.

pathetic Hotel at this price point.... room is so small that one person needs to find a place the belonging or change clothes..Bed sheet have marks of stains, guess not changed or cleaned for long time
..Room don't have a wardrobe.. Bathroom is stinging...If I would have not paid the full money while booking ...would have left the hotel immediately.
