I recently booked three rooms, including a suite, at your hotel. While the rooms were nice, there were two major issues that really left a bad impression. First, during dinner at the restaurant, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. We had to call multiple times just to place our order, and when the food was finally brought, it was done in a rush, with the dishes placed on the side of the table without any interaction. had a great experience staying at the saraca. booked the heritage suite for the stay. the room was pretty big and cozy. the staff service was excellent. the only thing that i didn't like was that i didn't get any good views from my room. there were no windows. being in a heritage suite a person expects some good views. other than that everything else was on point

Excellent stay! The reception staff was very courteous. Satyam at the restaurant recommended Galawat Egg Benedict for breakfast, which was scrumptious. It's a beautiful property with great aesthetics. Keep up the good work!

Overall a very good stay, breakfast spread wether made to order or ala carte is quite small although Mr. Abdullah from the front desk & Ajay Ji from the housekeeping dept do an exceptional job in keeping guests happy, apart from them everyone else from f&b, housekeeping, engeneering etc do a great job, also a special mention to there inhouse Chauffer (cant remember his name) who took us around each day for sightseeing & exploring all the wonderful flavours of Lucknow, he too was extremely polite, helpfull & courteous all the way.

Though property is v good , staff is well behaved, but during our stay some work is going on ans such machine drilling work in process. On our reapeted request drilling work not stopped and also room was not change. We are forced to enjoy drilling noice .
