Firstly room was not clean. And Secondly hotel staff didn't know what kind of room booked.
On my 1st day, hotel staff provide me a room, The room was not clean by a single percent. I request to change the room after that my room was changed.
On 2nd day morning another staff came and said your room is change, so he demand extra money from me. When I denied to pay extra money, he change my room again..
Overall I have very bad experience in the hotel.

the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. my room was immaculate, spacious and well appointed with modern amenities. the bed was incredibly comfartable, ensuring a restful sleep. location was convenient with easy access to local attractions. a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations.
location was not a far from my work place. had a nice experience.

The condition of the room is so horrible. bedsheet have holes. latrine is blocked. water leaking below wash basin. wash basin and bathroom floor are not clean. changed room in the middle of night at 3 AM for which they charge extra RS 200/-. my overall experience in the hotel is worst. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my relatives or friends.
