Indeed it was one of our best trip to Amritsar and entire credit goes to Navdeep. Well i have traveled many places and stayed in many hotels and this hotel because of the staff stood on top and navdeep the front desk manager made us feel home while staying at the hotel. Will always be staying in this hotel whenever visit to amritsar. It is proven that guest comes back not because of hotel, luxury services. They comes back because of staff and we will visit this hotel because of navdeep.

Hotal ambience was good, but overal experience was Average. you can see the image in side the room termite (Dimak).
food taste also Average quality.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The rooms had no window which made it very suffocating. The receptionist was rude. We made a mistake while booking where we booked for 2 people instead of 3. The receptionist/ owner called it out as a gimmick so we can get the room cheap 😑😑🤢🤢. On top of it, he charged us extra without providing any receipt. God knows what the real rate was..
You will find plenty of good hotels in the temple vicinity. You can pass this hotel for sure...

The room was horrible , requested to change ..but they refused.. the whole floor was empty still didnt change . Requested for late check out but didnt get . No bright light in the washroom . So dark need to fix the mirror light .
