The hotel has a great location near Marine Lines. The staff were polite, the service was good, and the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, I did find it a bit overpriced for the overall experience. While the stay was pleasant, I personally expected a bit more for the amount paid.

I have a very horrible experience in this hotel….Hotel rooms are not good as shown in the photos..Facilities are not up to the mark…Reception behaviour also not good in this hotel…TV is not at all working…Beds are very uncomfortable….Please don’t waste your hard money in this hotel…They are charging money only in the name of sea facing.please don’t book this hotel.

The experience was a great from perspective of View of Sea and whole Marine Drive, Room(Queen Suite) and hospitality.
The hotel only has breakfast as option, so for lunch and dinner online orders are allowed as per choice.

Overall experience was good,stayed for 3 nights, location is great as its opposite to marine drive.friendly staff and for food we had ordered from pratap lunch and breakfast is very limited (poha,upma, eggs)
