I liked the location and the old world charm which the rooms in this hotel had to offer.
Ensure to select sea view room else you will have to content with Sea view from adjacent balcony.
I would like to appreciate the spacious room, cordial staff and prompt service provided.
I am not sure the reason behind providing seperate beds but if you are a couple I guess you can request staff to combine them into single bed.
Overall a nice experience of staying right next to Marine drive in the heart of Mumbai City.

Its a descent hotel with very polite staff. The location is very good, just in front is Marine drive.

it is an old building but the location is fantastic. we knew about the building so no complaints. the staff is very helpful at all times making our stay comfortable. the room service is very limited so be prepared to very limited dishes on the menu. we can order from outside and you have a couple of restaurants in the same building.

no doormat, no proper wifi, no network coverage for airtel 5g, no restaurant included, sea view is blocked by tree
unsecured balcony, i had to close all the windows and doors by myself, then curtain
