Had a pleasant stay. Close to the beach, most of the restaurants and the place has a pool that is well maintained.
Room was clean and spacious.

Not Recommended - If you want a lodge Experience you can choose this lodge! It is Named as Resort which it is not.
1.The property is not clean
2.The room has no internet or wifi network
3. The water in bathroom does not come in force
4. There is constant power supply issue - Generator does not work on time
5. The towels given to you are very shabby
6. The breakfast charge which is charged as part of your room rent is not worth while.

Hopeless dont provide whisky glass in room, you can only use plastic glasses available in rooms

1. There premium room has 2 twin bed joined together and not a single double bed.
2. The blanket provided by them has holes and smell.
3. The compressor of AC not serviced properly, some sound was coming from compressor fan and due to which we can't keep AC ON for more than 15-20 mins.
4. Basic facilities like shampoo, moisturiser, comb was not provided by hotel. They only provide towel, 2 soaps and 2 water bottle.

I stayed there for 3 Nights and the location is awesome. Food ia also very nice. The rooms are ok kind coz thats what you can expect in the money spent. Amenities are not much as the pool was also not much maintained.Breakfast timmings are 8 to 10 but you would get it on the table after 8:30 only. No fridge in the Premium Room also in such a hot weather in Goa.Otherwise I would say Itne paise mein Itna hi milega LOL
