the stay at sea pearl guest house was comfortable, calm, peaceful. the room and washroom were hygienic and clean. it's a 5-7 min walk from sea beach. the owner is also quite cooperative

Beautiful room and near to Beach We stayed here for two days, awesome location, and mostly room with balcony chair... exact near to beach and also near to other popular Beaches and fort etc.. owner nature was also good....Will like to stay here again!!!! Thanks!!!!

Perfect place for a peaceful stay yet not far from goa masti. Candolim beach is 1 minute walk and you can see the beach from balcony. Only issue is stray dogs. Luckily they didn't hurt us ☺

We booked sea pearl after reading lot of reviews on net n as metioned by other travellers its very clean n well maintained property.. 24 hrs hot n cold running water available.. what we got in this budget was truly value for money.. very close to d candolim beach.. owner dominic n letty r really helpful..

Pros: 1) Best part of this hotel is its very near to the beach 150-200mtrs. It's almost private beach 2) Value for money. Simple but elegant 3) Restaurant and shopping shops are near by. 4) Very calm and peaceful place. 5) Guest house owner are very friendly and helpful. Cons: 1) Accessibility to the hotel is bit hard. As there are no road only small mud road for bikes, car has to be parked near by hotel. 2) No Street lights to the hotel from the main road to hotel. 3) No food availability in t ...more

The hotel is nestled right at the lap of Candolim beach. A beautiful location away from the crowds. Nice rooms, clean bathrooms, hot water available 24 hours. Thanks to the owners for a warm and comfortable stay. :)
