Neat and clean budget friendly rooms with extremely helpful and polite staff. They went out of their way to help me with my bike and taxi rental during my stay there. Highly recommended.

I was refuse early checking so I booked another hotel since we were travelling through whole night. Then at 12.30 they said room is available but we waited till 14.00 in this heat in Goa and that time they gave the room. Moreover service was too slow. Whatever we ordered we got in not less than 45 mins. Also they charged extra on the food bill. We had to argue for almost an hour and finally they called the waiter who charged us that and he said it's wrong. Then the bill was settled. So much of inconvenience cause to us. Terrible experience at this hotel.
