1. The Room was very dirty 2. The mattress is not comfort i.e. I felt the ring of the mattress in my back 3. Bedsheet is so dirty 4. AC was not working as it was damaged We stayed in Room No 201 5. Bathroom was not that clean 6. We ordered food which arrived after 50 minutes. 7. They provided extra mattress at an extra charge and the mattress was not with bed and it was torn. all is okay, behaviour & room services is excellent. for season 4 hotel location is not good but location at hotel arya is very good except lift facility.

hotel room is good but service is worst. no water supply in wasin even after complaining no action taken.. food service is very slow. staffs are busy in their own over phone they are not having any concern towards their guests.

No need to send the pics of the property as it is not good for gentleman's stay. food too much costly as per the standard of the property. intercom not working. Geyzer not working. Above all, booked rooms alotted to unmarried couples on hourly basis. shame on the property Pl don't choose this property

One of the worst hotels that I have stayed in my entire life time. The cleanliness and the upkeep of the hotel is so pathetic that I would never ever call this a hotel. Waste of money.
