It was a pleasent stay, decor and ambience of the hotel is rustic and vintage.
Staff is very helpful and service was excellent.
Food was tasty and worth the price.

It was an extremely unpleasant experience for me and my spouse at Sejour hotel during the morning when we went to the dinning room for breakfast. Breakfast was not served even by 7:58am. Since we had to leave at 8am to our flight on 15th Aug to leh. We requested the hotel staff to make the bfast ready by 7:45am atleast. But when we were there for bfast everything was empty. The overall experience at Sejour Luxury was pleasant. The hotel's cab service was excellent. The cab driver, Mohammad Aslam, was very nice and friendly, and he took us to some amazing sights in Jammu & Kashmir. His honesty and simplicity were incredible.
His dedication and flexibility towards the guests was truly admirable.

The stay was good. Food was expensive and breakfast options were limited. They did not have a live counter.

1. The Hotel is not ready to host guests for now as they are in the process of refurbishing their important areas.(patio, entrance, car park WTC)2. the food options were really few to choose from as promised.3. Staff was courteous but they had no to any requirements coz their back support wasn't prepared.4. Plus 5 for the location, which is just 5 mins to the airport.5. minus 5 for the entrance to the hotel.overall: dont plan your stay here for the next 1 year till the time they redo/refurbish their important areas.
