My overall stay was very good in the property. Hotel staff behavior was good and the hotel amenities were fine. Location of the property was also convenient for me.

the hotel person is rude and not free to help me out there is only one complimentry drink at first time only when check in and after daily we buy no swimming no urgent caretaker

It was difficult to find the place. But the owners were very kind to pick me up.
Very friendly owners.
Very clean and calm place to stay and chill.
Close to many famous shacks.
Although I didn't had airtel/docomo network in my room.
So kinda really chilled out without the phone calls and city shores.

The location is great for the price i paid as it's at a walking distance from the Arjuna beach. It was clean. However, the owner did not even have the curtsey to offer us tea/coffee despite we proactively asked her for and there was anyway a complementary breakfast mentioned on my deal. She did not even have an idea that we were scheduled for a check-in that day. The place had a fridge but no microwave to reheat our pizzas that we ordered and saved some for next morning as breakfast, as there we ...more
