The service is very bad.... first they give a very unhealthy and small room with no intercom, no TV and bathroom flash is not in working condition. when I make a complaint that if they don't change my room then I will cancel my booking. then only they give another room. but that also not up to the mark I ordered my dinner at 8.30pm and asked to serve me at 9.30pm but after several times following up the dinner came to the room at night at 11 pm. It was such a horrible experience. totally unprofessional behaviour.

It was wonderful stay at this hotel. Located in the prime location of Siliguri with free parking, which we were looking for. And the food here is amazing and awesome to taste. The staffs were also kind and well behaved. Thanks to goibibo and the hotel.

Just ok types of experience. Rooms are very small. queen size bed in super deluxe room. Bathrooms are even smaller. Management is good but staff are slow. Just ok for a night stay.

I've booked a deluxe room but they don't give me a deluxe room. I have check-in lots of hotels, but I am very much disappointed with this hotel. they give me only classic room.

Tatasky un room was not working. Had to request the manager a lot to recharge it. Also the room was smelly.
