The rooms were not clean and the stay experience was also poor with extremely poor customer service the only star given is for it's amazing location but over all poor maintance
It was like checking into a hostel rather than a hotel no customer service, poor follow up and not suitable for a family booking very disappointed with the price point and service

Overall hygeine and everything was 10 staff was good with a near beach experience!!!
I would 100% recommend this resort for students it's not just affordable it has facilities like swimming pool, gym, etc.

"A fantastic place for families! The kids had a blast at the pool and play area, while we enjoyed the spa and fine dining. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A perfect mix of fun and relaxation!"

Location is great but the service is not upto the mark. Food and cleanliness are fine. But overpriced but they are charging for the location of the resort.
