Worst property. Bed linens are spotted and dirty. Bathroom is dirty. The room was a disgrace – stained carpets, broken furniture, and a bathroom that made me question the concept of hygiene.

No mountain View from the 2nd floor as well no room service , no telephone to contact the housekeeper, tv is not working, no hot water properly very disappointed with this, no value for money at all, don't go for this hotel. I told the housekeeping service to give me tea and morning breakfast and the said kitchen is not open yet and i told them to arrange for me from somewhere and they said you can go and arrange for yourself. It was a very bad experience and don't go with the picture they are showing to you The room is not the same room you get.

Stay at Hotel Shahee Pearl was good and staffs are also good and supporting. Food served at very reasonable rate and taste was very good, you feel like you are eating at home. 👍 All good points are with in range of 4 to 7 km and Mapro Garden is just at 5 min drive. Overall the stay at Hotel Shahee Pearl was awesome😊

There's no proper service. Only one guy is dealing with restaurant, check in, room service. Faced trouble due to delays in reaching out to reception when needed. Would not recommend. Room was ok though.

The worst experience ever.. worst maintenance..3pm allotted the room and not hygiene..no hot water..no one available for caretaker

Overall poor services. selected the hotel seeing the rating. *Unprofessional staff. *no guest welcome gesture.(i took my bags to room by myself) *wall papers coming out of the walls. *Intercom not working (staff told it doesn't work) *foot mat very cheep. *handwash empty bottel only *Food: very costly. ordered aloo paratha( provided with lots of salt in it,testless, 3pc for 360) *during checkout (which is 9AM,i hope it would be 11am atleast) unprofessional services, no intercom working.
