very bad service. i ordered lunch at 12, and they just didn't deliver it until i called again at 4 and they said they missed it. i asked for towel 4 times still they missed. they checked room after checkout like we are thieves and taking something from their pathetic room, there is no smoking in hotel but still corridor on second floor was smelling with smoke and continuous clatter for whole night could not sleep peacefully

This is one of my go-to hotels at Bhubaneswar. Located at one of the central locations, it makes airport and Railway station easily accessible. It's a new property and rooms are kept neat.

shakti haritage inn is newly built nice hotel. rooms were clean and comfortable but their room services were not up to the mark.

Awosome, rooms are neet and clean and spacious too Nothing, except the difficulty in locating the premises in Google map
