location is good very peaceful if they maintain the property then it can be a good hotel. Big windows scenic view but 0 network WiFi is useless.

The rooms were very spacious as well as neat & tidy. Loved the scenic view from our room. The staff was really cooperative and helped me out with baby food as well which was really nice. Overall a very good experience would definitely recommend to other people.

wonderful stay great hospitality which I will never forget last time I got this type of amazing hospitality when I visited wayanad wild hotel. really amazing food too. everything is near by climate , amazing view clean rooms is the plus point. thank you for amazing hospitality β€οΈ

Clean rooms amazing breakfast easy to reach the spot as bus dropping and pick up point is near by taxi service is available for seeing around places they arranged local taxi for me many site seeing places are near by. I will definitely keep visiting Shalini Excellency whenever I come again to mahabaleshwar.

Hotel seems to be a bit old but the rooms were nice. bathrooms clean and hygienic. The surrounding was beautiful with beautiful mountain view. The garden was very good. and the best part was we enjoyed the bonfire along with music and dance. the staff was very cooperative and they helped us enjoy our trip to the fullest. Only the negative point was that they don't provide good food facility. otherwise everything else was up to the mark. I would recommend this hotel.

hotel management's behavior not good. taking extra money on water, food items. No housekeeping, cleaning of rooms, move away the dustbins, done for a single day. even water is not provided from hotel. very bad experiences and highly disappointed.
