there was no handwash in the washroom.. stains were presented on bedsheet and while requested for a fresh bedsheet then the hotel staff started yellingwe had opted for flexible check in- chek out but the receptionist lady told us to vacant the room at 11 am however we checked in at 4 pm but she took aur luggage outside the room and told us to pay 600 rs extra for 3 hrs

very nice stay,close to airport.the staffs are very helpful,they even allowed to cook in their kitchen for my infant son in morning 4am as we are having early morning flight.

hotel room is spacious but amenities in the room are not clean.its just for overnight stay for early morning flight.Stay was not that pleasant.

It was an awesome stay at Hotel Shangrila near Gate No. 1, NSCB airport Kolkata. Front desk staff Ms. Jaba Das is wonderful, smiling ever, so helpful for hotel amenities. Room was clean, it was a deluxe room having 2 beds, tea kettle with tea/coffee bags, sugar etc. provided. Room service for food is from their kitchen soo good, very nice ambience, highly recommended. definitely would come again with Go-ibibo hotel booking App, provided descent discount.
