There is no proper communication between goibibo and Shankar Palace resulting in lack of accommodation. Eventually with intervention of Goibibo received room but it was totally in bad condition including washroom and lack of water. Choose better options elsewhere

Good clean rooms. Raju is very friendly and helpful. Great location easy to walk every. Really good value for money.

When we arrived we had to wait for half n hour cuz the rooms were not ready later on we we're shifted to another hotel .
