I book this hotel many times. But this time they gave me the worst room of the hotel. There was a bad smell like some lizard or rat dead inside the room, dont know the exact reason of smell. The behaviour of staff was very bad. They are laughing when I call

Problem with room AC not working at all. Hotel gave us option to change the room but we didn't opt.

Extremely bad experience. We reached after mid night and the person at the reception first told us that there was no room available and that they were not accepting any booking On insisting that he check his systems as we had made the booking and we had nowhere to go in the middle of the night, he called up his management and then told us that they had received the booking and since there had just been one checkout, he would get that room ready for us. Photo 1: Table found these spots as someone placed cigarettes over there.Photo 2: No table drawer was cleaned before check in.Photo 3: Mirror was adjusted with non-appropriate screws.Photo 4: Marks of someone's shoesPhoto 5: Splits over wall in addition to fungus tooPhoto 6: Very sharp nails heads comes out to hold long mirror that can cause serious accident.People stay will definitely damage the property as they might be educated in accordance but its duty of property owner to get it repaired.

Rooms with balcony are better than executive rooms. Moreover, service person shows average interest for executive room travellers than Room having balcony.
I stayed in both type of rooms. Hotel is good to stay.
