Excellent hotel with excellent location located just walking distance of the beach at, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the GOA ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Very nearer to the beach, the hotel was nice cozy with full greenery. We liked our room, and the view from balcony. We carried our own food and water as there was no inhouse restaurant. MrLuis told that they own a shack on the beach, very nearby but we didnt get a chance to visit their shack. He gave us two coupons which we can use at their shack to get 2 beers but we couldn't visit their shack during our stay. Also MrLuis helped us in getting a bike on rent. a good place to stay near Candolim beach. good rooms. only reaching on the vehicle there is difficult but that can be managed for location.
