Dear Goibibo,
This has reference to our *booking for Sharayu Holidays, Panchgani.
Our booking was for 3 nights. We arrived at the hotel in time and started our stay at hotel.
We stayed for 1 night and 2 days and in 2nd night, one of our group member who is 76 yrs of age, developed a medical emergency. We, the others in group were tense. The Sharayu Holidays manager, Shri Kiran Salunke, helped us at 2.00 am night in admitting to one hospital Bel-Air Hospital emergency ward. The doctors and the nu ...more

View from the room is the only a good thing about the room.
Property and room looks old and neither worth of a price what we are getting it for.
Cleanliness, electricity are the issues to be dealt with. Will not recommend at all. Apologies for such harsh words but I would prefer to book offline.

view is awesome, good staff, supportive people, only few things need to improve. cleaning and power backup quite often the place face power outage small kids getting afraid.

The Manager and staff are very supportive. They arrange two cottage for us despite of I booked 1 cottage and 1 normal room. They arrange bonfire with coal as dry woods not available due to continuous rain in that region for last couple of days. We super enjoyed the stayed in this property and partied till mid night. Also we accompanied by a cute cat who never leave us alone. We miss her

Rooms were not clean and even front door lock was not working
There was no lights at passages
