poor experience, not recomemded, for online booked client , hotel staff if not at all friendly, all are arogent, unprofessional, rude , request everyone not to go with this , there are many other option in lesser price , please explore .

Budget hotel. Good behaved & coperative staffs. Good location. But Bed cover colour may please be changed from brown

1 Staff person is too moron.He told me to wait 20min and you are not allowed to enter due to I came after 3 Hrs. (my booking is 22/12/24 #12pm to 23/12/24 #12 am) but I visit at 9pm 22/12/24. After the manager arives then also they enquired several questionaire task and Slightly mentall harrasing after completion then they provide little respect. They didn't provide me bedsheet and not even single clean blanket. Overall is good but goIbibo have responsibility to provide some training session to the hotel manager and esp. for their staff memebers .
