1.The bathroom doormat needs to be water absorbent . The whole room gets messy because of wet feet coming out of the bathroom.2.Parking space has no protection which resulted in a dog tearing the seat cover on our bike. It also broke the hood of the exhaust. Repairing all this is a cost and over that I'm paying for this room? The man incharge has told me that this happened before yet no steps were taken to prevent this from happening. Highly unacceptable. Not recommending this place to anyone. And the owner of the property does not even care.

Hotel shaurya was so bad at service and maintaining that they couldn't even provide me with a dish and spoon to eat food. Even after asking many times.This was my first and worst experience Worst experience with shaurya

The room was not cleaned also windows are dirty we ask them to clean but they didn't respond.. .we asked for tissue paper they said that they don't provide.....also tv was not turned on when we try to on..... overall not that great experience
