Rooms are good clean, however poor service and they should provide chair and table to work inside. Cost is equivalent to a business class hotel but there are many things they should improve. 1. If you book, u willNot get a GST invoice from hotel. I requested them but they did not. Its written we can collect it from hotel but they denied to provide which is really pathetic and sad. Really bad service. 2. Laundry is a 2 days activity. 3. Breakfast options are not that great. Only limited 3-4 items and that to served plate wise. U are not allowed to take 2nd plate.

It is usually a good experience, whenever i am around Malad west, i am staying at Sheetal. Not all rooms are same, some are better, some lack a few things but on being raised it to reception, it is generally resolved.

Need improvement in room service, location wise it is good for solo and business travelers.

No space for dinning
